Gummy bear implants get their name because they’re filled with a silicone gel that’s thicker than what’s normally found in silicone breast implants.  This means that if the implant breaks or leaks in any way, it will still maintain its natural shape.

One thing to keep in mind is that if a gummy bear implant moves, it could end up creating an odd breast shape.  If this occurs, you may need a surgical procedure to realign and correct the shape.
