This young woman wanted the hump on her nose removed without a big change to her tip. She underwent an aesthetic rhinoplasty with bilateral spreader grafts, dorsal hump removal and tip plasty. She also had a narrowing of her nasal bones. Pictures posted show 7 week follow up.
